Doctor (Japanese: ドクター, 先生) is the main protagonist of the game and an exemplary Mindhacker.
Appearance
Doctor's appearance is largely left up to the player's interpretation. However they are notable for wearing clean white gloves, which are said to be the most important part for the delicate mindhacks. Some of the hand sprites show them wearing a white shirt and a black suit as well.
Personality
A big portion of Doctor's personality is for the players to imagine. Still, they have noteworthy personality traits.
Doctor is a genius in their field, with other characters often praising their abilities. They firmly believe that everything in the world is logical and can be laid out in code. Additionally, they have a deep fascination with beautiful flowers, and keep many in their office. Unfortunately their interests tend to be narrow, and their brilliant mind doesn't pay attention to much else. Thus, when presented with something unfamiliar or taken out of their comfort zone, they can quickly become stubborn, lazy or terrified. They tend to stick to a very specific routine, planning what to eat 10 years in advance and always staying inside the facility.
Aside from the very eccentric personality traits listed, other characters comment on their ability to not be captivated by change. This is immensely useful for their profession, since Mindhackers aren't supposed to sympathize with reformation targets. One more positive trait is their dexterity and fondness for making crafts, such as flower necklaces or knitted clothing.

- Doctor's favorite food is left to the players' interpretations, but they dislike eating anything that would stain their gloves[1].
- They are implied to be scared of insects[2].
- According to COM_Z, Doctor likes gorgeous flowers that can be used in bouquets, but isn't interested in small wildflowers[3].
